7th Hong Kong Real Estate Service and City Development Expo, Chongqing
The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) held a Real Estate Service and City Development Expo in Chongqing on 7th and 8th of March. This is the 7th Expo of the kind that HKTDC held in China. With a view to promoting the professional image of the Institute, 3 members of the Executive Committee, led by the Chairman, Mr Ricky Yuen, attended and participated in the Expo.
The Expo was held in the Chongqing International Convention and Exhibition Centre. A total of 23 organizations and companies of various professions from Hong Kong have participated and set up their booths in the Expo, including Property Management, Architecture, Surveying, Banking, etc. The Branch Office has also set up a booth in the Expo to promote the professional image of the Institute and the essentials of quality property management. The Expo was successfully held and attracted thousands of people of the industry to attend.
Besides attending the Expo, delegates of the Branch Office also visited the Chongqing River View Resort and were warmly received by their Administrative Deputy General Manager, Mr Terence Li. Furthermore, the delegation had dinner with the Chonqing Property Management Association and met various senior members of the Association including their Chairman, Mr Chu Xi Quan, Secretary General, Mr Li Yi Pin, and the Vice Chairman of the China Property Management Association, Ms Chen Xing Fang.
