Date : 23 - 24 May 2006
Event Details: Visit of Delegates from Macao Property Management Business Association
Delegates from Macao Property Management Business Association visited Hong Kong on 23 and 24 May 2006. With a view to allowing the visitors to see a cross section of the property management business in Hong Kong within a limited period of time, a choice of residential developments at middle and grass root levels, up-market office building and a popular shopping arcade is made.

The TWO IFC, the internationally renowned finance centre impressed the delegates not only with her towering height but the comprehensive and diversified management services available. The delegates then toured the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre, the unique purpose-built premises for exhibitions, conventions and meetings for world-wide events.

The Island Resort, a middle class residential development at Hong Kong East and the renovated Telford Garden Shopping Centre at Kowloon Bay outlined the property management services under private sector developments.

The visit to the Exhibition Centre of the Hong Kong Housing Authority was impressive for the delegates as they could see public housing development in Hong Kong for the past half century within an hour.

In return to the hospitality of CIH APB, the delegates invited all EC members for dinner on 24 May 2006 before their departure. Over 10 EC members led by the Chairman attended the dinner and all participants had a nice gathering in a warm atmosphere.
