The Hong Kong Real Estate Service and City Development Expo; organized by Hong Kong Trade Development Council was held on 7 and 8 December 2006 in Hangzhou, China. It aimed to promote the real estate services provided by Hong Kong-based businesses to the community in China and facilitate business matching in this aspect. Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch was proudly presented by Hong Kong Trade Development Council as one of the co-organisers at the event. A booth was also set up in the exhibition to promote the Institute. The exhibition, kicked off by the Guest of Honor Mr. He Rongkuan Deputy General Secretary of Hangzhou Municipal Government, was attended by 2,000 participants.
