Official Visit by the Taiwan Institute of Property Management (TIPM) to Hong Kong Professional Property Services Alliance on (PPSA)
A delegation of 17 representatives from the TIPM led by the President, Huang Nan-yuen and Secretary General Huang Shyh-meng visited PPSA on 22 January 2007. They were greeted by representatives from the four Institutes at the Joint Office and had a very fruitful discussion on the various practices of property management and building maintenance in Hong Kong and Macau. After the morning meeting, the delegates were shown to Two IFC and APM Shopping Mall, two typical samples of successful and well managed properties. In the same evening, the PPSA hosted a welcoming dinner to the study group.
