The 2007 Annual General Meeting was held in World Trade Centre Club on 18 February 08 evening. The Annual General Meeting was well attended by 27 members in person and168 members in proxy. The meeting confirmed the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 1 February 07 and accepted the Chairman’s Report and Financial Statement of the Hon. Treasurer.

All the nominees for officer posts of the Executive Committee were automatically elected because of single nomination. For the Executive Committee members, members were required to elect 5 out of 7 nominees by ballot. As the number of candidates for Executive Committee members had exceeded the vacancies, a ballot was cast and the results were as follows:

The 1st Meeting of the Executive Committee held right after the AGM on 18 February 08. The meeting passed a resolution to appoint the Immediate Past Hon Treasurer Mr Mak Siu Hung and the Immediate Past Hon Secretary Mr Edmund Chung as Hon Advisory for a period of 1 year.
