On 27 and 28 June 08, Council Member Mr Karl Tupling, Director of Housing of Sheffield Housing Council and Mr Andy Topley Director of Regeneration, Sheffield Housing Council paid a visit to Hong Kong after their two weeks’ visit in China. During their stay, they were warmly received by the members of the Branch. On 28 June 08 morning, they were invited to visit Mount Beacon, a luxury residential estate in Kowloon to have a understanding on the living environment of the middle class in Hong Kong. During the visit, Mr Tupling and Mr Topley and members of the Branch shared their experience in the housing development and management in UK and Hong Kong. After the visit, Mr Tupling and Mr Topley had lunch in the Chinese restaurant in City University where they had a chance to taste the Chinese food in Hong Kong.
