On 25 April 2009 afternoon, Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch and Department of Public and Social Administration, City University of Hong Kong jointly organized a seminar on “Property Management in Taiwan” and “Real Right Law of People’s Republic of China”. The seminar was conducted by Mr S L Yen, Lecturer of Hwa Hsia Institute of Technology and Feng Chia University, Taiwan and Dr R Y Chen of Zhe Jiang University Guang Hua Law School. The seminar aims to promote members and housing professional a better understanding on the current development of property management in Taiwan and the impact of the recent promulgated Real Right Law in PRC. In the seminar, Mr Yen also briefed members and housing professionals on various issues discussed in the “ International Housing Conference” organized by the Branch on 27 February 2009 in Taiwan.
