In the afternoon on 10 Oct 2009, Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch (CIHAPB), Hong Kong Institute of Housing (HKIH) and the Department of Public and Social Administration, City University of Hong Kong jointly organized a seminar on "Legal Talk on Recent Court Decisions Concerning Maintenance of Buildings" in City University of Hong Kong. The Seminar aimed to offer members and fellow housing management practitioners an overview on some recent court cases concerning maintenance of buildings in Hong Kong. CIHAPB was pleased to have Mr. KY Kwok, a partner and head of litigation department of Li Kwok & Law Solicitors of Notaries to deliver the talk. The seminar was well received by both CIHAPB & HKIH. Over 200 participants from both institutes and relevant housing professionals joined the seminar.
