On 25 February 2010, the PPSA held its 2010 Spring Cocktail Reception in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Hundred of guests and members of the four institutes attended the reception.

The Chairman and Presidents of the four institutes, namely:
Mr Sanford Poon, Chairman of Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch;
Mr Henry Chan, President of The Hong Kong Institute of Housing;
Mr Kendrew Leung, President of The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies;
Mr Marco Wu, President of Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators ;
and other advisors, went up to the stage and proposed a toast to all the guests and members wishing the harmony and prosperity of China and all the guests and members a fruitful and joyful Year of the Tiger.
