A delegation of 20 members led by Mr. Sanford Poon, Chairman of Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch, visited Zhongshan on 27 March 2010.

Upon arrival, the delegation was greeted by Mr Lau, Deputy Secretary General of Zhongshan Real Estate Guild. In the meeting, Mr. Lau warmly welcomed the delegation and delivered a speech explaining the present development of real estate and property management in the area. The delegation was given an opportunity to network with housing management professionals in Zhongshan during the sumptuous lunch reception.

In the afternoon, the delegation visited the housing estates managed by Zhongshan Agile Property Management Co. Ltd., a prominent property chain in the Pearl River Delta. Delegates were warmly received by their Director, Dr K W Lin. Through the visit, delegates have a better understanding on the recent property management development at Pearl River delta area and the development of Zhongshan.
