On 9 April 10, Executive Committee of the Branch, led by Chairman Mr Sanford Poon, have visited Macao. The delegation was graced by the presence of Mr K M Tang, Director of Macao Housing Bureau and other officials of the Bureau. At the meeting, Mr Tang explained to the delegation on the current housing situation and the latest development on property management in Macao. After the meeting, delegation have a working lunch with Ms W H Kwok, Deputy Director of Macao Housing Bureau and senior members of the Property Management Business Association Macao discussing a wide range of property management and housing related issues .

After lunch, delegation has also visited Universidade De Ciencia E Techologia De Macau and toured around the city understanding the latest development of the housing situation overthere. The visit is very successful and has fostered closer ties between the Branch and the Government officials and practitioners of Macao.
