On 1 April 11, Mr Cliff Wong and Mr Sanford Poon, Chairman and Immediate Past Chairman led the new Branch Executive Committee to visit the Macao Housing Bureau. The delegation was graced by President Tam Kong Man, Vice President Kuoc Wai Han and other senior officials of the Bureau. Mr Chao Cheuk, Chairman of Property Management Professionals Association, Mr. Ho Tung Ming, Honorary Chairman of Property Management Business Association Macao and other prominent dignitaries of the two associations had also joined the visit and meeting. In the meeting, views on licensing of property management professionals, property management ordinance, schemes to assist formation of Owners Committee, building management, and training of housing professional etc were exchanged and shared between housing professionals from Hong Kong and Macau. The two organizations planned to meet again in the near future. President Tam was very pleased to meet with the new Branch Executive Committee and wished the Branch to continue to flourish in future.
