A Joint Annual Dinner between the Asian Pacific Branch and Hong Kong Institute of Housing was held on 4 November 11 at the Royal Plaza Hotel in Hong Kong. Over 400 guests and friends of the two Institutes attended the Dinner.

Mr.Shih Wing Ching,JP, Chairman of Centaline Group was Guest of Honour at the dinner and delivered a speech in the Annual Dinner. Mr N L Lau, President of Property Management Business Association Macao was honoured as "Honorary Member" by Chartered Institute of Housing on the occasion to recognize his contribution and commitment to the housing management in Macao. Mr Cliff Wong, Chairman of Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch presented the membership certificate to Mr Lau in the dinner. “Outstanding Student Awards” were also presented in the Annual Dinner to 10 students in the housing studies programmes in Hong Kong to recognize their hardwork and achievement in their course of work. The Dinner ended in an enjoyable atmosphere.
