On 3 February 2012, the PPSA held its 2012 Spring Cocktail Reception in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Hundred of guests and members of the four institutes attended the reception.

The Chairman, Presidents and Vice-President of the four institutes, namely:
Mr Cliff Wong, Chairman of Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch;
Mr Share Tai Ki, President of The Hong Kong Institute of Housing;
Ir Alkin C W Kwong JP, President of The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies;
Mr Kyrab K Y Sze, Vice-President of Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators ;
and other advisors, went up to the stage and proposed a toast to all the guests and members wishing the harmony and prosperity of China, and all the guests and members a fruitful and joyful Year of the Dragon.
