On 16 March 12, Mr Cliff Wong, Chairman of CIHAPB together with Mr N L Lau, President of Property Management Business Association Macao ( "Honorary Member" by Chartered Institute of Housing), Mr Chao Cheuk, Chairman of Property Management Professionals Association, and members of the new Executive Committee visited the Macao Housing Bureau.

The delegation was graced by President Tam Kong Man, Vice President Kuoc Wai Han and other senior officials of the Bureau. In the meeting, views of a wide range of issues have been shared and discussed including licensing of property management professionals and property management companies, building management ordinance and regulation, and training of housing professional and practitioners etc. President Tam was very pleased to meet with the new Branch Executive Committee and wished the Branch to continue to flourish in future. After the meeting, the delegation of APB has also visited the Community Housing and Economic Housing and shared our experience with our counterparts in Macao.

The visit is very successful and the Branch is looking forward to have more communication and sharing with our counterparts in Macao in the coming future.
