Co-organised with Shenzhen Property Management Association and conducted by China CBRE, Housing forum on 'Commercial Properties' was held in Shenzhen on 22 September 2012. It attracted near 300 participants from China and Hong Kong. Five speakers who were experts in the field delivered inspiring speeches relating to commercial properties investment, operation and management. The event was held from 9 am to 5 pm and ended up with encouraging feedback. The speech notes are attached for reference.
