The Annual General Meeting of Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch was held in Shing Hin Restaurant on 25 January 2013 evening. The Annual General Meeting was well attended by over 30 members. The meeting confirmed the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 10 January 12 and accepted the Chairman's Report of Mr Cliff Wong and Financial Statement of the Hon. Treasurer, Ms Rita Li. In the meeting, Mr Wong expressed his gratitude to members of Executive Committee for the time and effort devoted to the Branch during the past year.

The 1st Meeting of the Executive Committee held right after the AGM confirming the area of responsibilities of the members of the Executive Committee. The meeting also confirmed the date of the Brainstorming session of the Branch.
