A delegation of over 30 members led by Mr. Bonny Chiu, Chairman of Professional Practice Committee and Mr Kenny Chow, Chairman of External Affair Committee, visited Kerry Plaza and Happy Coast, Shenzhen on 23 March 2013.

At around 10 am on that morning, the delegation arrived Shenzhen Kerry Plaza where they were greeted by their Building Manager, Mr Zheng Xiao Ming. Mr. Zheng warmly welcomed the delegation and toured them around Kerry Plaza Phase II. Shenzhen Kerry Plaza is one the most luxury commercial building complex in Shenzhen, situated in Futian, the commercial heart of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. Phase II is a tower building of over 200M height of GFA 79000 sq meter. The delegation was given an opportunity to visit their underground carpark, and the sample office and sale centre on the top two floors of the building.

After the sumptuous lunch in South Beauty, the delegation continued to visit OCT Happy Coast, where they were warmly received by their Operation Director, Mr Gao Zhen and his fellow colleagues. OCT Happy Coast, is one of the most recent developed urban entertainment areas in Shenzhen. It situates at reclamation area of Shenzhen bay covering an area of 1,250,000 square meters. Lake is the centre of the development of the project. The whole establishment comprised of four main areas, an entertainment area providing high quality food and beverage, an integrative shopping area, a creative culture centre, named Celebration Plaza and a SOHO residence, named Lifang. After touring around the Happy Coast, the delegation was given an opportunity to share their management experience with the housing professional of OCT and the difficulties encounter during their course of daily work.
