Visit by Korea Housing Managers Association on 30 August 2013
On 30 August 2013, Chairman of CIHAPB Professor Yip Ngan-Ming and five Executive Committee members met with thirteen delegates of Korea Housing Managers Association (KHMA). The delegates were led by Mr Kim Chan-Kil, Chairman of KHMA.
During the morning discussion session, our Chairman introduced the works of CIHAPB to the visitors. The two parties has also undergone a very fruitful sharing on the recent hot issues of housing management in Hong Kong, legal frameworks of our housing industry, the education, professional practice, social activities and the management ethics of our housing professionals in Hong Kong.
In the afternoon, two of our Executive Council members escorted the delegates to visit a high-end office in Central and also to a shopping mall and a residential estate at Tsing Yi. The delegates were very impressed by the professional standard and service provided to the customers by our housing professionals.
At the end of the visit, the delegates showed great appreciation to the high housing management standard in Hong Kong and expressed their interest to develop further connection with CIHAPB.
