On 17 December 2013, CIHAPB has received thirty plus delegates from Macao Housing Bureau, Property Management Business Association Macao, Property Management Professional Association Macao and The Macao Institution of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers.

In the morning, Vice Chairman Mr. Paul Ng, the Chair of Professional Practice Committee Mr. Bonny Chiu and Honorary Legal Advisor Mr. Patrick Lam have discussed and presented some case studies of water leakage to the delegates. Also, the cause of water leaking, checking methods, remedial methods and skills in handling water leaking disputes have also been discussed thoroughly during the meeting.

In the afternoon, the representatives of CIHAPB have accompanied the delegates to visit a hi-class shopping mall, the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal and a residential development in Hong Kong.
