The Annual General Meeting of Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch was held in Shing Hin Restaurant on 16 January 2014 evening. The Annual General Meeting was well attended by over 30 members. The meeting confirmed the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 25 January 13 and accepted the Chairman's Report of Professor Yip Ngai Ming and Financial Statement of the Hon. Treasurer, Ms Rita Li. In the meeting, Professor Yip expressed his gratitude to members of Executive Committee for the time and effort devoted to the Branch during the past year.

All the nominees for officer posts and executive members of the Executive Committee were automatically elected because of single nomination. The 2014 Executive Committee members are :

The 1st Meeting of the Executive Committee held right after the AGM confirming the area of responsibilities of the members of the Executive Committee. The meeting also confirmed the date of the Brainstorming session of the Branch.
