On 17 February 2014, the HKPPSA held its 2014 Spring Cocktail Reception in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Hundred of guests and members of the four institutes attended the reception. The Chairman and Presidents of the four institutes, including:

Professor Yip Ngai Ming, Chairman of Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch;
Ms Yuen Chui Yi, Cora, President of The Hong Kong Institute of Housing;
Tam Kwok Wing, Ivan, President of The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies;
Mr Kyran K Y Sze, President of Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators;
and other advisors, went up to the stage and proposed a toast to all the guests and members wishing the harmony and prosperity of Hong Kong, and all the guests and members a fruitful and joyful Year of the Horse.
