CIHAPB Chairman Professor Yip Ngai-Ming, led the Past Chairman Dr Lin Kwan-Wah, Valentino and nine Executive Committee members to participate the "2014 Property Management & Hazards Prevention International Conference" organized by CIHAPB and Hwa Hsia University of Technology from 14 November to 15 November 2014 in Taiwan.

Property management scholars of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, including National Taiwan University Professor Tan Yin-Chi, Macau Institute of Management Principal Professor Oscar Chan, our Chairman Professor Yip Ngai-Ming together with the representative of Taiwan Ministry of Interior and property management professionals, have discussed on the trends of property management hazards prevention and the development of related technology. The conference has well promoted the awareness and application of new technology on hazards prevention.

Chairman Professor Yip Ngai-Ming was grateful that the event was organized successfully and achieved fruitful results. He looked forward to arranging large-scale conference in the Asia-Pacific region on a regular basis to stimulate professional housing management services.
