On 2 March 2015, the PPSA held its 2015 Spring Cocktail Reception in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Hundred of guests and members of the four institutes, namely Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch, The Hong Kong Institute of Housing, The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies and Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators, attended the reception.

The Chairman , Presidents and advisors of the four institutes went up to the stage and proposed a toast to all the guests and members wishing the prosperity of China, and all the best for Hong Kong, and all the guests and members had a very prosperous Year of the Ram
