Mr. K.Y. Kwok from Messrs. Li, Kwok & Law delivered a talk of enhancing members' knowledge on Property Management Service Ordinance (Chapter 626) on licensing of Property Management Practitioner (PMP) and Property Management Company (PMC) which was enacted in May 2016. In addition, the representative of CIH (APB) updated the members of the legislative progress as well as the background of the Ordinance.
