To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch, an international housing conference was organized on 11 November 2016 with the theme "Housing in Aging Societies: Challenges and Opportunities". Speakers from Hong Kong, Mainland China and Japan delivered talks and shared views on policy, management experience and future trends of housing for the aging societies. It was recorded that over 160 participants attended the conference.
