Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch, The Hong Kong Institute of Housing and Department of Public Policy of City University of Hong Kong have jointly organized a legal talk which is delivered by Mr. K.Y. Kwok from Messrs. Li, Kwok & Law.
