Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch and Department of Public Policy of City University of Hong Kong had jointly organized a talk which was delivered by Mr. Joe Sun who is the Senior Manager, Business Development, CSL Mobile Limited and Mr. Simon Lau who is the AVP, Solutions Development, Commercial Group, CSL Mobile Limited. In the talk, Mr. Sun shared how real time tracking solution changes and simplifies the tasks in property management and improves communication between management and frontline operations. Mr. Lau shared how to apply radio technology to Facility Management and the trend of Internet of Things (IoT). Our members well received the rich contents of innovative and mobility solutions for property management in the event. It was recorded that over 100 participants attended the talk.
