Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch arranged a study tour at Hanoi. We had visited Department of Housing management; Ministry of Construction, Department of Construction (housing development section) Hanoi Municipality and Dang Xa's low-income housing area. Department heads of each department introduced the housing development and policy of Hanoi. We were also arranged to visit 2 new developments, Vinhome Riverside and Time City. The communities include residential blocks, shopping arcade, communal areas, school, hospital, etc.
