The Brainstorm session, from 10am to 4:30pm, was attended by 26 EC members to evaluate the performance of various Committees in 2017 on one hand and to review concrete action directives with budgeted commitments specified in respective 2018 business plans on the other.

Salient issues included-

1. Promotion of events and visits to facilitate joint participation of APB members from Mainland China, Macau and Hong Kong for example the site visit to the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge on 4 November 2017
2. Correspondent actions by APB fulfill the compliance and governance requirements by CIHHQ
3. Membership drive in various regions of APB and potential region to be explored
4. Implications of Property Management Services Ordinance on APB members, etc.
