On 26 February 2018 evening, Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch , Hong Kong Institute of Housing, Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators, and The Hong Kong Associations of Property Management Companies jointly held a Spring Cocktail Reception in Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center. Mr Jack Chan, Ag Secretary for Home affairs, Mr Xiong Liang, Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong S.A.R. and representatives of various Government departments including HAD, EMSD, BD, HD, HKHS, WSD, HKPF, CSD, URA have attained the ceremony. Mr Paul Fung , Deputy Chairman of Asian Pacific Branch together with the Chairmen/Presidents of the 3 organizers and guests of honor made a toast for the prosperity of China and Hong Kong and wishing all the guests and members a fruitful Year of the "Dog" .
