Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch (CIHAPB), Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators (HIREA), and Urban Research Group, Department of Public Policy, City University of Hong Kong jointly organized a talk in which we cordially invited Ms. Joie Wu, the CEO of Shenzhen Facility Management Community Tech Co., Ltd. as our guest speaker.

Ms. Wu shared her views on "Smart FM" and how to achieve "Smarter FM" through the introduction of robust technologies. In the talk, she illustrated the above concept with her exploration experience in the technological applications for different scenarios in facility and property management to clarify the connotation of "Smarter FM".

Our members well received her talk on the latest technology solutions for facility management in the event. It was recorded that around 60 participants attended the talk.
