Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch and Department of Public Policy of City University of Hong Kong have jointly organized a legal talk which was delivered by Mr Chan Chun Wa from S. K. Lam, Alfred Chan & Co..

In the talk, Mr. Chan shared his knowledge and view on the issues regarding the statutory provision of Code of Practice of Procurement of Good and Services issued by Home Affairs Department (revised on 1 September 2018) and related legal cases. Our members well received the rich contents delivered by the speaker. It was recorded that about 80 participants attended the talk.
