On 5 May 2019, CIHPAB co-organised a Forum "Intelligence Green Building Property Development in Greater Bay Area" with CBRE. The forum started at 2:00 pm with the opening speech delivered by Mr. Wu Yichen, Executive Director & Head of Property Management, China, CBRE China. After the opening speech, there was a certificate award ceremony for the members who completed the Professional Advanced Property Training Course. 25 graduated members attended the ceremony, 9 from Zhuhai and 16 from Macao.
