The visit was attended by 31 members to T.O.P (This is Our Place), which is the first integrated commercial project in the core business district at the junction of Mong Kok Road and Nathan Road. It is divided into two parts, the shopping mall and the office building. The bottom floor is connected to the M4 Mong Kok Station Exit B4. Part of the building is 15 storeys high with beauty, medical and business centres. The shopping arcade covers 8 floors and operates under the concept of "new retail". The shopping malls are directly connected to Mong Kok MTR Station. The various public transport services in the vicinity are very convenient.

Management practice highlights were shared with the visiting members on the heavy loading and unloading of commercial tenants' goods, initiatives to improve unpleasant surrounding outlooks before moving in, installations of fixed sensors for the management office's collection of patrons/facility users' data in the washing rooms to improve cleanliness standard/operation frequencies and customers' profiles for tenants to finetune their business strategies etc.
