Dr. Wu Yicheng, our Chairman, delegates of the Executive Committee and the General Manager of Property Management Services Authority, Mr. Kevin Cheung paid a visit to the Macao Housing Bureau, with a sharing session altogether with the Property Management Business Association Macao and the Property Management Professional Association Macao.

During the sharing session, housing management issues were discussed and Mr. Cheung introduced the Property Management Services Ordinance which requires the licensing of Property Management Companies and Property Management Practitioners in Hong Kong.

The visit has further strengthened the communications between housing management practitioners in Macau and Hong Kong. We expected that more interactive activities with the Professional Institutes in Macao and their members enhancing the quality of housing management services in both cities.
