To response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Brainstorm session was held through online video conference in this year. The Brainstorm session, from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon, was attended by 24 EC members to evaluate the performance of various Sub-Committees in 2020 on one hand and to review concrete action directives with budgeted commitments specified in respective 2021 business plans on the other.

1. Budget and Business Plan of EC and Sub-Committees
2. Updates and follow up on Property Management Services Ordinance and the works related to Property Management Services Authority
