Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch had organized a webinar which was delivered by Mr. Chan Chun Wa of Messrs. C. W. Chan & Co.. In the webinar, speaker presented the background about the regulations under COVID-19 and legal point of view on virtual owners' meeting & virtual management committee / owners' committee meetings. Our members well received the rich contents in the event. It was recorded that 149 participants attended the webinar.
