Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch had organized a webinar which was delivered by Mr. Kevin Cheung and Mr. Stephen Ho of Property Management Services Authority (PMSA). After the implementation of the Licensing Regime, PMSA issued five codes of conduct, including "General Code of Conduct", "Complaint Handling Mechanism of Property Management Companies", "Effective Control over Property Management Business by Property Management Companies", "Handling Moneys Received on behalf of Clients by Property Management Companies" as well as "Obligations of Property Management Companies regarding the Ending of their Appointment". In the webinar, speaker presented the details of the codes of conduct to our members. The attending members gained a wide range of relevant knowledge from the event. It was recorded that 108 participants attended the webinar.
