Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch had organized a webinar which was delivered by Mr. Eric Leung of Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC). With the enforcement of the licensing regime for property management companies and practitioners since August 2020, enhancement of professionalism and quality in property management services becomes more important than ever. In this regard, the ICAC, supported by the Property Management Services Authority (PMSA), has launched the Professional Management with Integrity Programme. In the webinar, speakers hosted a case study session to address legal requirements in respect of Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (Cap . 201), corruption prone areas in property management, conflict of interest and the handling skills, supervisory accountability and practical tips for corruption prevention and integrity management. The attending members gained a wide range of relevant knowledge from the event. It was recorded that 121 participants attended the webinar.
