Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch had organized a webinar which was delivered by Mr. Kaiser Cheung of Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD). To encourage and give recognition to the owners, owners' corporations and property management companies in modernisation of existing lifts and continued provision of quality lift management services, EMSD has launched the "Quality Lift Service Recognition Scheme". In the webinar, speakers present the details of the Scheme and criteria set by the Scheme. It was recorded that 115 participants attended the webinar.
