Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch had organized a webinar which was delivered by Mr. Ashley Ho & Mr. Vincent Lam of Urban Renewal Authority (URA). "E-tendering platform" is one of the "Smart Tender" scheme's services administrated by URA with aim at assisting the private building owners to procure consultant and / or contractors under the preparation of the building rehabilitation works. In the webinar, speakers introduced the background and scope of services of Smart tender and talked about the basic features and workflow of opening e-tendering platform. The attending members gained a wide range of relevant knowledge from the event. It was recorded that 129 participants attended the webinar.
