To celebrate the 55th Anniversary of CIHAPB, a forum with around 280 participants was held at HKCEC. Before the forum started, Chairperson of CIH, Ms. Jo Richardson, shared a speech for celebrating the anniversary of CIHAPB by a video. The guest speakers, Mr SIU Yu-bun, Alan Chief Executive Officer Property Management Services Authority, Mr KWOK Kwun Ying (Partner) Li, Kwok & Law, Solicitors and Notaries and Mr George CHOU,Senior Manager, Financial Infrastructure Development Division Hong Kong Monetary Authority were invited to share the topic of Codes of Conduct for a Licensing Manager, How a Property Manager to cope with Chapter 599F/599G: Prevention and Control of COVID-19 and e-Payment of Management Fee by Faster Payment System respectively in the forum. In addition, Best Dissertation Awards were also presented to the students in the forum by the Guest of Honor Tony TSE Wai-chuen, BBS, JP together with Chairman of CIHAPB, Mr. Matthew NG Hoi Ching.
