Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch organized a webinar which was delivered by Mr. K. Y. Kwok of Li, Kwok & Law, Solicitors and Notaries. In the webinar, speaker presented the defamation ordinance, usual defences in building management context, decided cases, analysis of actual case scenarios and points to note by our members. It was recorded that 257 participants attended the webinar.
