With reference to the best practice guide on "Carrying out Procurement for Clients and Prevention of Bid-rigging" issued by Property Management Services Authority (PMSA), Chartered Institute of Housing invited Mr. Sean Li and Ms. Vicki Kwok from the Competition Commission to introduce the overview of the Competition Ordinance, the warning signs of anti-competitive behavior, how to handle and cooperate with policies, and share competition law enforcement cases to strengthen members' understanding of proper procurement procedures and the Competition Ordinance. It was recorded that 204 participants attended the webinar.
