The Annual Assembly of Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch (CIHAPB) was held at Staff Recreation Club of Hong Kong Housing Society at Tai Hang on 12 January 2023 evening. The minutes of the Annual Assembly held on 30 May 2022 was confirmed and the Chairman's Report of Mr. Matthew Ng and Financial Statement of the Hon. Treasurer, Mr. Paul Fung were accepted. In the meeting, Mr. Matthew Ng, expressed his gratitude to members of Executive Committee for the time and effort devoted to the Branch during the past year.

Mr. Wong Ying Kit, Romulus was elected as the Chairman of Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch for Year 2023, he announced that alignment of Chinese name of CIHAPB with its English name had been made. The Chinese name of CIHAPB "特許房屋經理學會亞太分會" became corresponding with its English name "Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch".
