The Sino Inno Lab, established by Sino Group, opened its door for CIHAPB members on 18 March 2023.

The Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch organised two guided tours for the members providing an opportunity to get inspired by diverse innovations and proof-of-concept ideas. The tours were designed to explore the possibilities of Property Technology, foster interaction among professionals in the Housing Industry and create knowledge network.
