On April 6, 2023, a 19-member study tour from the Chartered Institute of Housing Asia Pacific Branch (CIH) visited the Bozhong Urban Development and Management Institute in Chongqing. Together with the leaders and experts of the Institute, representatives of the Chongqing Real Property Management Association, Property Management MBA students from Chongqing University of Technology, and representatives of property management industry entrepreneurs, more than 40 people participated in the symposium on "Exploring the Internationalization of Property Management".

After the symposium, the CIH study tour was invited to visit two real estate projects in Chongqing's Two Rivers New Area:

One is the "Chongqing Fortune Financial Center". This 45-story commercial building is about 200 meters high with a land area of 13,611.7 square meters and a total construction area of 134,591.61 square meters, including office buildings, commerce and parking lots. The center has obtained LEED certification for high-efficiency energy-efficient office systems. The management team led the delegation to visit the core facilities of the center, such as the central control room, the main power distribution room, the air conditioning room, the fire protection equipment, etc.

Another residential project is "York County No. 1 Peninsula" with a land area of 136,000 square meters and a total construction area of 260,000 square meters. There are flats and villas of different sizes. The biggest feature is a greening rate of 35% and Shangdao Park with an area of 7,700 square meters. Professional park management has won international landscape design awards.
