The Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) will implement the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Scheme in stages. Property management practitioners (Tier 1) licensees will be required to participate in the CPD Scheme starting from 1 January 2024, while Tier 2 licensees will be required to participate starting from 1 January 2025. Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch organized a webinar delivered by Noel Tang, Manager (Professional Development). During the webinar, the speaker shared information about the implementation of CPD Scheme in stages, the participation hours requirement and CPD calculation criteria for Tier 1 and Tier 2 licensees, and the approval of activities/courses by PMSA from recognized professional bodies. It was recorded that 202 participants attended the webinar.
