The Youth Affairs Committee organized this event at Eden Cafe to provide members with the opportunity to enjoy brewing coffee to their heart's content and savor their personal coffee moments. At the same time, it also aims to deepen mutual understanding, promote information exchange within the industry, and facilitate the sharing of experiences.

Eden Cafe has been established for over 8 years, and their instructors have extensive teaching experience. They have collaborated with various companies, organizations, schools, and community centers to organize coffee art classes and a variety of coffee professional training courses. They are authorized by City and Guilds, the leading professional body in the UK, to award the internationally recognized British Barista Certification.
